About Me
I’m a regular person just like you. I have bad days, I curse a lot, and I make tons of mistakes. Therapy with me won’t feel clinical or cold, and I’m not hung up on labels or diagnoses. I bring positive energy, speak directly, and will challenge you to succeed. You’ll find the atmosphere to be positive and relaxing. I also like to feel comfortable, so you’ll often see me wearing sweats and a hat.
We’ll discuss what matters to you, but therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about putting in the work to create change. I will encourage and empower you to make positive lifestyle changes, avoid negative influences, and live in the present moment. Together we’ll work on improving your self-confidence and fostering meaningful connections.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
Clinical Approach
If you’re interested in the clinical side, I practice using Positive Psychology and CBT principles from a Person-Centered approach. I believe in brief therapy—counseling shouldn’t last forever. While understanding the past is important, our goal is to move forward. I incorporate meditation and mindfulness to help you stay present, let go of negativity, and control emotions.
Who I Work With
I specialize in helping teenagers, young adults, women, athletes, and those who experience trauma. However, I work with anyone 14 and over dealing with various mental health issues. If you read my profile and think we’d be a good fit, please reach out.
Professional Background
I hold a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice, an M.Ed. in Special Education, and an M.S. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. My experience includes working at a college counseling center and private practice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
